About SCG
Sydney Community Group, a Women's initiative and a registered Incorporated not for Profit Community organisation works to help Communities across Sydney and Australia's operates through group of Women volunteers who are highly skilled, passionate and dedicated, professional, mums working in different organisations and various fields. SCG team works on various community projects related to Senior citizens, Women Welfare, Youth, kids, migrant community and many more.
SCG Inc is a group of Women Volunteers who act as a representative covering the suburbs of Sydney to address the issues, needs, raising awareness and Promote Multiculturalism within the Community.

Mission
1. Work closely with the local and the National charities and support with resources to the people in need.
2. Build a strong network of volunteers to work within the Community addressing the social and public welfare needs covering the following sectors- Aged care, children, youth, Women and migrant Community.
Purpose of Charity
The Sydney Community Group is established to be a charity whose purpose is to advance social and public welfare by undertaking activities such as:
Providing parcels of food and other essential grocery items to homeless people and others who cannot afford to buy basic food and groceries for themselves.
Providing clothing to people who are homeless and others who cannot afford to buy clothing for themselves.
Money and goods to people who have lost their homes due to bushfires or other disasters, to ensure that they can have a modest standard of living while they are recovering from losing their home.
Temporary accommodation to people who have suffered the loss of their homes due to bushfires or other disasters, to assist in relieving their immediate distress and needs due to their loss.
